Investment Grade
Precision Investment Castings have become a preeminent feature of modern metal casting techniques due to production efficiency and the unidirectional properties of parts. The near-net shape objective provides engineers with a proficient and economical manufacturing process. Non-merchantable net shapes and complex designs can be cast, thus reducing machining requirements and eliminating the need for multiple parts.
Green Sand Mold
Green Sand Molding is a longstanding practice utilized in many foundries due to the versatility of the process to fit a myriad of casting sizes and molten metallurgies. The sand molding process is adaptable to high volume production of small to medium sized castings [0.75 lbs to 75 lbs] and ideal for large industrial sized castings in excess of 10,000 lbs.
