Investment Production Patterns

These precision CNC produced wax injection patterns construct intricate Investment Grade Castings that ensure repeatability of design and casting uniformity while reducing the need for post-production machining.

Sand-cast Production Patterns

This equipment is intended for large volume production runs, providing high dimensional accuracy, intricate detailing & smooth core finish.

Rapid Prototyping

NTC can provide rapid prototyping for the validation and testing of new products and designs. A prototype wooden or plastic pattern is constructed to rapidly produce test parts for evaluation before a production run commences.
