Quality Assurance
For all projects, NTC will implement and maintain a comprehensive QA Program & QC Plan to ensure contractual compliance.
Objectives:
- Fulfill customer requests in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications and governmental requirements through qualified personnel, equipment and procedures.
- Appoint a QA Manager separate from plant production that shall be responsible for the NTC QA Program and have final decisions related to non-conforming quality issues.
- Prevent, detect early in process, record and dispose of non-conforming products or services.
- Implement specific quality practices of inspecting & testing relative to contract requirements.
- Produce QC documentation to verify that materials and products meet quality parameters.
- The continuous enhancement of final manufactured goods, production methods and the NTC QA System.
- Form, Fit & Function will be the decisive parameters for non-conformance or design issues for cast and machined components.
